UPDATE [1:30 p.m.] — Sorry, Phillies fans. According to MLB reporter Jon Heyman, there's nothing to the rumors that a Bryce Harper signing is imminent. At least not today.

Sigh.
However, because Heyman said "today," that means we likely get to do this all over again tomorrow. And the day after that. And the day after that. And eventually, many years from now, we'll probably still be doing it..
It's all happening. Maybe. Or maybe not.
After months of waiting, Tuesday could finally be the day the Phillies announce that they've signed free agent outfielder Bryce Harper. Or it could just be another Tuesday across the Delaware Valley. But the idea that Harper is going to sign with the Phillies appears to be picking up more and more momentum by the minute.
On Monday, there was the sighting of the "Bryce Harper Phillies bats" followed by a mysterious tweet from MLB The Show suggesting some news about their cover athlete (Harper) could be coming down.
Then, on Tuesday, we were greeted by a report out of Harper's hometown of Las Vegas that the former Washington National has agreed to a deal with Philly and as a result, all the Harper related prop bets had been taken off the board.

That's big if true. Only it might not be true — at least the second part about all the prop bets being taken down.
There is some noise this AM about Vegas taking down prop bets for where Harper will sign, bche is in agreement with a team. A person who knows checked on it and said it's not true, they're still up in Vegas. I don't know anything about gambling but checked with someone who does
