Chef Scott Anderson is set to open a second Mistral location. The restaurant opened in Princeton, New Jersey, in 2013 and has routinely received neighborhood praise.
Soon, Philadelphians will be able to dine at Mistral without traveling so far from home. The new restaurant will be located in the space between department stores Neiman Marcus and Lord & Taylor in the King of Prussia Mall, with an opening date anticipated for early 2017.
Mistral KOP will feature seating for 111 guests, including an 18-seat bar and outdoor seating for 48. The menu will consist of small plates made with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
Anderson was included in the semifinalist list for "Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic" in the 2016 James Beard Foundation Awards.
