A 52-year-old Mexican man claims he has the world's largest penis. But, at nearly 19 inches, the man says bigger is not always better.
Roberto Esquivel Cabrera told Mexican newspaper Vanguardia that he wants to be considered disabled because his penis prevents him from working, according to the Huffington Post. Women also are afraid to sleep with him.
A medical imaging photo of Cabrera's penis has made its way through the Spanish media, the Huffington Post reports. A YouTube video, featuring a report from Yahoo's Spanish news website has been viewed more than 500,000 times.

Cabrera is being tested at a health center as doctors try to determine how to best help him, Vanguardia reported.
The world's first penis reduction surgery was performed earlier this year after a 17-year-old American suffered from several cases of priapism — unwanted erections caused by abnormally-shaped blood cells blocking blood vessels in the penis — the United Kingdom's Daily Star reported. The boy claimed his seven-inch penis left him unable to play sports or have sex.
Cabrera apparently wants to have his penis size listed in the Guinness Book of World Records, but the Daily Star reported the record keepers do not monitor that record. The Star also reports the man who previously claimed to have the world's largest penis, American Jonah Falcon, checked in at 13.38 inches.
The average flaccid penis is 3.58 inches long and 3.66 inches in girth, while the average erect penis is 5.16 inches long and 4.59 inches in circumference, according to BJU International.
