Special Thirstoberfest hot dogs include a French fry topping.
Memphis Taproom's annual ode to fall drinking festivals returns Saturday, Oct. 10. The sixth annual Thirstoberfest features more than 25 flagship and limited-release beers from local breweries and international brands.
Yards' Sour and Cape of Good Hope, Allagash's Interlude and Victor, Victory's Sour Monkey, Half Acre's Lagertown and Sticky Far will all be there. New this year, Memphis Taproom has added wine to the Thirstoberfest menu. Artisan's Cellar and Chalkboard Wines will both be in attendance, pouring their wares.
Of course, those classic Thirstoberfest hot dogs, complete with fries on top, will be served once again. They'll be pumping them out all day from the restaurant's beer garden food truck, where the festival will be held.
