Using Google Trends, new career website Zippia mapped out each state's most Googled jobs.

Top career searches in Pennsylvania included "merchandiser jobs" and "dance mom." The latter could be a result of the popular reality television show "Dance Moms," which features the Abby Lee Dance Co. studio in the western Pennsylvania municipality of Penn Hills.

New Jerseyans searched "substitute teacher jobs" and "locomotive engineer," while Delaware's top searches were "horticultural" and "crabbing."

Some noteworthy searches from other states included: 

• "Body painter" – Florida

• "Lion tamer" – California

• "YouTube star" – Hawaii

• "Tree hugger" – Kentucky 

• "Professional cuddler" – New York

• "Pirate jobs" – North Carolina

• "Stripper" – Georgia
