Mango & Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients:
• 2 mangos, peeled, pitted, and diced
• 10 tomatillos, husked and sliced
• 1/2 – 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
• ¼ cup of lime juice
• ¼ cup of onion, diced
• ¼ cup of cilantro, chopped
• ½ cup of tomato, diced
Directions:
