A man was struck along the Schuylkill Expressway early Wednesday morning after police say he jumped from another moving car, NBC10 reports.
The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. near the City Avenue exit of Interstate 76 in Wynnefield Heights.
Authorities say the man dove out of a westbound car and was struck by a passing vehicle.
The man, believed to be in his 20s, was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital. His condition was not immediately released.
It was not immediately known why the man jumped from the moving car.
