Police respond to the incident near Kif's Sports Bar and Hookah Lounge in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood of Philadelphia.
The incident occurred in the midst of gunfire that broke out near Kif's Sports Bar and Hookah Lounge located at 61st and Market streets around 3 a.m.
The victim was taken to Presbyterian Hospital and is in stable condition while police review surveillance video from the bar's security cameras in search of the suspects.
