Authorities in Moorestown are investigating after a man was fatally stabbed during a Sunday morning home invasion.
Police were called to a residence in the 700 block of Hartford Road around 12:23 a.m. after receiving a report of a home invasion.

Responding officers found an unresponsive adult male suffering from stab wounds inside the residence. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said the resident who called police reported that two men had broken into his home. He told police he stabbed both suspects during the course of a struggle.
Detectives are working to determine whether a man who arrived with a stab wound at Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro may be connected to the incident.
Police did not identify the victim and no charges have been filed at this time.
