Police say a bar fight ended in a stabbing in Port Richmond early Wednesday morning, 6ABC reports.
The incident happened before 2 a.m. outside a bar near East Thompson Street and Lehigh Avenue.
The men began fighting during a game of pool inside the bar and eventually moved the fight outside, police say.
6ABC reports that the suspect grabbed a piece of glass and stabbed another man several times in the chest and torso. CBSPhilly reports that the 30-year-old victim was stabbed under his arm. The alleged attacker fled the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The incident remains under investigation.
