On Sunday, May 1, The Twisted Tail will host a brunch with Tenaya Darlington, also known as Madame Fromage. She teaches food writing at St. Joseph’s University and also hosts cheese soirees during her free time.
Darlington recently co-authored a new book called "The New Cocktail Hour" and, in celebration, The Twisted Tail will serve a tasting of three cocktails inspired by the book. A sampling of cheeses picked by Darlington will accompany the drinks.
Tickets are $45 per person and include a signed copy of her newly released book "The New Cocktail Hour."
