Outfielder Ben Revere may be the next Phillie on his way out of town.
UPDATE [2:05 p.m.] - According to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com, outfielder Ben Revere is headed to the Toronto Blue Jays.
Ben Revere will be traded to Blue Jays. @JSalisburyCSN first had Totonto's interest in Revere.
