There may be a fire sale of divey music venues going on in Fishtown.
First, it was The Barbary -- the hipster dance club on Frankford Avenue -- that was put on the market earlier this week.
Now, it *appears* Kung Fu Necktie -- the intimate concert venue tucked under the El on the corner of Front and Thompson streets -- may be destined to a similar fate.
A photo from PlanPhilly shows a real estate sign outside the bar indicating the building is up for sale.

Nothing on Kung Fu Necktie's website or social media pages suggest the venue is closing its doors anytime soon.

Additionally, the real estate firm that claims the sign outside the building, JG Real Estate, did not have the property at 1250 N. Front St. listed on their website as of Saturday morning.
Both the bar and the realty company could not immediately be reached Saturday.
