March 21, 2016
Say "Namaste!" to Namas Day (sorry, couldn't resist). Philly Area Yoga's festival will return for spring 2016 at WHYY. The yoga and health festival will feature a full day of workshops run by local yoga instructors and a marketplace with related exhibitors selling gear, products and food.
The yoga festival is scheduled for April 23 but early registration is now open. Receive early-bird pricing until March 23 on full-day tickets, which include four workshop sessions.
On April 4 an option to purchase half-day passes, which gives access to two workshops, will become available while space is open. Already, however, classes are filling up.
Find classes like "Wisdom of the Heart: Tales of the Goddess," a discussion on mantra and goddesses referenced in yoga practices or the closing program "Earthling Birth," where music will help participants embrace their auras.
Check-in begins at 7:15 a.m.
