Martha Graham Cracker at the 2014 Pig Iron benefit.

Local ensemble Pig Iron Theatre Company holds a "For the Love of Pig Iron Bash" each year, and 2015 is no different. Friday, Jan. 23, the Trocadero will host this year's benefit, PIGONOMETRY, a wild school-themed cabaret filled with a variety of acts.

The main act belongs to popular Philly drag queen and singer extraordinaire Martha Graham Cracker. Dance-theater company Brian Sanders' JUNK, performance artists Chelsea & Magda, soul musicians Johnny Showcase and the Lefty Lucy Cabaret, Upright Citizens Brigade's rapping Fantasy Grandma and the awe-inspiring beats of Unidos da Filadelfia Samba School will all be there, too. With such a variety of acts heading up the benefit, it is sure to draw a fun crowd.

To add to the festivities, there also will be an auction. Potential winnings include theater weekends in Washington, D.C. and New York, dinner at local restaurants, dancing lessons and theater tickets.
