A Pennsylvania K-9 handler’s job position has been changed amid an investigation into the death of a dog in his care.
According to a statement from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the drug sniffing K-9, named Totti, died July 7 after being left in the car for more than two hours by its handler, who hasn't been named.
