Republican Jeb Bush planned to release 33 years of tax records on Tuesday in what was believed to be the most ever made public by a presidential candidate.
Bush, a former Florida governor, is attempting to demonstrate that he is more transparent than his rivals for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination and distinguish himself from Democrat Hillary Clinton.
The tax records are expected to cover nearly all of his business career. Bush has been involved in commercial real estate in Miami for years.
Bush, 62, is a leading contender for the Republican nomination and he has increasingly sought to contrast himself with Clinton, the overwhelming favorite for the Democratic nomination.
