Today through Feb. 12, Isabella is offering a separate New Year's Resolution menu, one that Chef Michael Cappon has loaded with what's being labeled as "superfoods."
The menu is offered ala carte, but is intended as a $40, five-course combo. (I know, I know -- indulging in a five-course meal at all sounds a little counterproductive.) With headliners like "marinated kale" and what's essentially dressed-up yogurt with blueberries (see: "Kefir and Blueberries"), I don't think anyone's debating that the menu's plenty healthy.
For anyone wondering, Conshohocken already had its restaurant week in September -- so, y'all will have to make due with this.

Five Superfood Courses for $40 per person (plus tax and gratuity)

First Course
Smoked Salmon Crudo
tzatziki, lemon oil, and sardinian flatbread
Second Course
Lemon Avocado Mousse
toasted lemon zest, fresh avocado, tahini, with a warm naan
Third Course
Marinated Kale and Brussel Sprout Salad
24 hour marinated organic kale and brussels sprouts, shaved red onion, goat cheese, toasted walnuts and balsamic reduction
Fourth Course
Three Grain Étouffée
a spicy shrimp stew, with quinoa, faro and chia
Fifth Course
Kefir and Blueberries
organic kefir yogurt, honey, fresh blueberries and spiced almonds
