It's a song of ice and fire at La Peg this winter. The hand-carved ice bar, Pegsicle, will return to the outdoor beer garden for the third year, along with three fire pits.
Chef and owner, Peter Woolsey, will use a chainsaw and set of Japanese ice chisels to create the bar from dozens of ice blocks. The public is invited to watch the process.
