The northbound lanes of I-95 near Bensalem have reopened, more than 10 hours after a six-vehicle crash that killed one motorist.
Fox29 reported the lanes were opened to traffic just before 11:30 p.m.
The man who died was identified as 58-year-old Paul Mirys of Trenton, NBC10 reported.
The highway was closed in the aftermath of the crash, which occurred around 1:15 p.m. Several motorists were injured.
A truck carrying garbage went through the guardrail and overturned on the scene, reports indicated. Four cars and another tractor-trailer were involved in the chain-reaction crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
