Thanks to overhauled regulations to the state's liquor laws, several Philly-area grocery stores have received the OK to sell wine wholesale.
Act 39 was signed into law by Gov. Tom Wolf earlier this summer, loosening restrictions at state-owned liquor stores and amending other sections of the state's liquor code.

One change allows grocers and other stores that already have permission to sell beer to apply for permits to sell up to four bottles of wine per customer.
On Tuesday, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced that 81 permits had been approved out of 174 applicants.
Here are the stores, delis and in some cases restaurants in the Greater Philadelphia Area that received permits to sell wine wholesale, plus a map of their locations (unfortunately, only one in the city of Philadelphia was approved):
