A storm front is expected to sweep into the region late Sunday night into Monday morning, bringing heavy rains and the possibility of flooding.
According to NBC 10, the slow moving front will reach the Philadelphia area by 11:00 p.m. and continue into the morning, when the city can expect the heaviest downpours.
There is also a possibility of localized flooding, with 1-3 inches of rain expected between Sunday and Monday.
