Faux Cookies
Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 20 min. Servings: 24
Ingredients:
2.5 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1.5 cups peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Food process all ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place on un-greased baking
sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy.
