Halsey, the voice behind electropop hits like "Colors" and "New Americana," will perform at Festival Pier on Aug. 11. Tickets are standing-room-only for $39.50 per person.
The singer Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, better known by her stage name Halsey, is a Jersey girl who's jumped to the top of Billboard’s Emerging Artists Chart.
Her latest album "Badlands" was released last August.
