A Montgomery County man pleaded guilty Wednesday to the February sexual abuse of a 16-year-old New Jersey girl who was a former student of his.

Weilheimer also ruled that McGeehan isn't allowed to have further contact with the girl and that a child under 18 must be supervised when around him, conditions outlined in his preliminary hearing.

The girl's parents reported her missing in February after McGeehan reportedly picked her up at her grandparents' house and later brought her to his home, where she allegedly asked if she could live with him, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.

An investigation allegedly showed that the two had a sexual relationship, that he took nude photos of the girl and that he agreed to let her stay at his house though he knew she ran away from home, according to police.

After visiting McGeehan's house on Feb. 18, police said they found a phone charger they thought belonged to the girl, who he then allegedly admitted was hiding from authorities in his Jeep parked around the block.

He faces up to 22 years in prison and is free on $100,000 bail he posted in February.
