Beginning March 3, Freehouse Fitness will offer a monthly "beneFIT" class where 100-percent of proceeds will be donated.
The studio has rebounding classes, which are cardio workouts on trampolines, as well as mat-based classes and reformer classes, which both focus on sculpting. You can find more details on each type of workout here.

The beneFIT classes will take place on the first Sunday of each month at 12:30 p.m., and will be $15. Each class will benefit a different nonprofit organization or charity.
A rebounding workout benefiting the Montgomery County Down Syndrome Interest Group will kick off the series.
Those interested can sign up through the MINDBODY app, which lets users find and book local fitness classes.
