'Tis the season to proudly wear your gaudiest, funniest, ugliest sweater out-and-about.
On Thursday, Dec. 21, head to the Franklin Institute for its Ugly Sweater Party. It's the last Science After Hours event of 2017.
During the monthly 21-plus event, guests can grab beer or wine from several cash bars, explore the museum after-hours and learn science from hands-on demonstrations.
During December's event, attendees will "unwrap the science of snow, discover the secrets of the winter solstice and be dazzled by the twinkling lights," according to the Franklin Institute.
Tickets are $20. Museum members receive a discount.
