FOX29's variety talk show "The Q" will gain national exposure during a four-week program, beginning Monday, June 5.
The Fox stations getting a lil taste of Philly are New York's WNYW, Los Angeles' KTTV, Atlanta's WAGA, Detroit's WJBK, Phoenix's KUTP, Minneapolis' WFTC and Charlotte's WMYT.
Philly natives living in any of those cities might enjoy hearing the good old Philly accent on their TV again.
The program, hosted by Quincy Harris, will continue to be shot daily in front of a live studio audience at the FOX29 studio in Old City.
“This is a big deal for both our station and our city. It’s rare for a Philadelphia television show to have national exposure," stated Jim Driscoll, vice president and news director.
“The Q” has been airing on WTXF FOX29 Philadelphia since September 2016.
Harris announced the show's expansion on social media.
