Four people are hospitalized -- one in serious condition with a gunshot to the head -- following a social club fight in Philadelphia's Feltonville section that spilled on to the street.
It happened around 6:36 a.m. Saturday outside the Alounge Social Club, located on the 4200 block of Macalester Street, near Hunting Park Avenue.

Security then escorted those involved outside and that's when gunfire began.
Police tell ABC6 that armed security guards returned fire.
Two women were hit and are in stable condition. A man who was shot in the head is listed in serious condition.
A fourth victim, shot in the shoulder, walked into Cooper University Hospital in Camden, and is in stable condition.
