On June 11, the annual ARTspiration block party will take place on the 700 block of Catharine Street in Bella Vista. Since 2007, Fleisher Art Memorial has hosted the family-friendly art festival.
Attendees can create or shop for art from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Local artists will lead craft-making workshops, community partners will offer activities, and local vendors will sell artisan goods.
Live performances will also take place on the block. Check out dance-circus-theater troupe Almanac or listen to accordion tunes from Liberty Bellows.
An exhibition created by students from Fleisher Art Memorial’s youth art class will be on view inside Fleisher.
In between art projects, performances and galleries, snack at Eat-A-Pita, Jules Thin Crust and other food trucks on the block.
