Jess Baumgardner and Kate Van Horn are the co-founders of GOOD Festival.

The GOOD Festival, focused on wellness, will be in Philly this spring. The one-day event will take place in Fishtown, featuring a full day of activities.

It will kick off with a morning yoga/pilates class, followed by sessions with industry leaders, authors and podcast hosts. The guest speakers include a mix of successful women focused on everyday wellness. Kristin McGee (celebrity yoga instructor) and Katie Dalebout ("Let It Out" podcast host) are two recognizable names.

Lunch will be provided by Snap Kitchen, with cold brew coffee from Saxby's. There will also be a wellness marketplace that attendees can check out in-between scheduled activities.

Tickets go on sale at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15. Early Bird tickets through Feb. 1 are $139 per person. After, the price increases to $169.

Here's what the day's schedule will look like:

•Registration
•Intro to GOOD
•Yoga/pilates fusion class
•Juice break
•Session #1: Meditation
•Session #2: Clean eating
•Lunch/VIP sessions
•Session #3: Finding happiness
•Session #4: Routines
•Movement break
•Closing remarks
•Session #5: Celebrating everyday

The event was co-founded by two women: Kate Van Horn and Jess Baumgardne.

“We don’t wake up every day with yoga, meditation, green juice, a consult with our naturopath and a four-course vegan dinner -- and that’s okay. GOOD is all about the curiosity to figure out what works well for you," the co-founders shared in a press release.
