Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook - co-owners of restaurant group CookNSolo - are bringing together their diverse group of eateries for one giant Rosh Hashanah dinner Monday, Sept. 14. To celebrate the Jewish New Year, Percy Street Barbecue, Dizengoff, Zahav, Abe Fisher, Federal Donuts and Rooster Soup will team up for "Not Your Bubbe's Brisket."

For one night only, these brands will be found on one menu built around Chef Erin O'Shea's smoked brisket. Flavors traditionally found on the Rosh Hashanah table, like round challah, chopped liver, pomegranate, apples and honey, will mingle with the Southern barbecue of O'Shea's kitchen. West Philadelphia Orchestra will provide the mood music.

It will all come together for a six-course dinner at $60 per person. There will be seatings at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and tickets are sold by tables, so you'll want to gather all your friends for this holiday feast.
