Amis, a restaurant that serves "food inspired by the rustic cooking of Rome," will host a Feast of the Seven Fishes on Dec. 23. The restaurant will be doing its take on the traditional Christmas Eve dinner, often celebrated by Italian-Americans.
So, those who love the tradition but hate the amount of work cooking seven different seafood dishes takes, can still gather 'round for a feast.

Dinner guests can look forward to dishes like baccala croquettes, pizza al taglio with clam and chili, swordfish meatballs, ziti shrimp scampi and monkfish piccata. There will also be a selection of desserts, including a coconut cake.
The prix-fixe menu is $75 per person, with an optional $35 beverage pairing. On Dec. 23, the Feast of the Seven Fishes will be the sole dining option for the evening at Amis. Reservations are required.
