The Fat Ham, Kevin Sbraga's joint out in University City, is known for its southern cooking. But come Labor Day weekend it will be trying out an extra dish, breaking out three different kinds of wings for dinner each night.
The three "Winged Out" pop-up menu items -- Hot Chicken Wings, Grilled Wings with Chicharron Spice and Confit Wings with Pepper Glaze -- will be $7 for a half-dozen. Unfortunately, you cannot mix-and-match the flavors, but there's no stopping you from trying a few at once.
They'll be available Thursday, September 3 through Saturday, September 5 during dinner service. You can't make reservations, but you can call ahead to see if it's busy. You can also order some wings to-go or get them delivered through Caviar if you're feeling a little lazy.
