The first Sunday of the 2023 NFL season is in the books and there were thankfully very few injuries of note for fantasy football owners.
Here's brief rundown of the setbacks to key players we learned about, most of which seem to be relatively minor injuries:
Aaron Jones, RB, Packers
Jones had a massive impact with just 11 touches in Week 1 before exiting with a hamstring injury, scoring two touchdowns for upstart Green Bay. His status will be worth monitoring all week and A.J. Dillon could be a no-brainer start next week.
Diontae Johnson, WR, Steelers
A hamstring injury cut Johnson's season debut short, as he left the game in the third quarter. The severity of the injury is yet unknown but his failure to return suggests he could miss some time.

Pat Freiermuth, TE, Steelers
Another Pittsburgh weapon also was hurt Sunday, as a chest injury held the talented tight end to just one catch (a touchdown).
J.K. Dobbins, RB, Ravens
The bad luck just doesn't seem to end for Dobbins, who suffered his second season ending injury in three years Sunday when he tore his Achilles against the Texans. Gus Edwards and Justice Hill are now both very fantasy relevant.
Anthony Richardson, QB, Colts
The speedy rookie quarterback had an impressive debut for Indy, throwing for a touchdown and running for one more. Late in the game, with the loss more or less clinched, Richardson hurt his knee near the goal line and was pulled from the field. Reports after the game say is simply a bruised knee, and he will be "fine" and should play in Week 2.
Jacobi Meyers, WR, Raiders
Meyers had a monster day, catching nine passes for 91 yards and two touchdowns Sunday. He left with concussion symptoms and his status for Week 2 is obviously up in the air.
Greg Ducich, TE, Broncos
Denver's young tight end had two catches before a leg injury ended his day. His status going forward will be revealed this week.
