The Federal Aviation Administration has canceled an earlier ground stop for all American Airlines flights scheduled to depart to Philadelphia International Airport on Wednesday morning.
Ground stop is canceled for @AmericanAir flights departing to PHL. American computers at PHL are running again.

According to several tweets sent out from the Philadelphia airport on Wednesday morning, the first of which was posted at around 1 a.m., computer network issues were causing the delays.
No other airline carriers were affected.
