Chef Dennis Littley was awarded “Most Valuable Foodie” by the food blogging community at Foodbuzz in 2011. He began blogging in 2009 as a resource for his culinary students, eventually deciding to share his philosophy for cooking with everyone.
"My contribution to the Super Bowl mayhem is going to be Buffalo Chicken Wings," he writes on his blog. "... now I know everybody and their cousin has a surefire Buffalo Chicken Recipe, it’s certainly not rocket science, but there are a few nuances that will make these the Best Buffalo Wings you have ever had! I know you will love these hot wings, the crunchy coating of the wings combined with the perfect balance in the hot sauce as it clings to the wing will just make you wish you had made more!"
Littley previously worked as an executive chef at Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Flourtown, but currently resides in Orlando, Florida.

When you think of wings, you probably only think about chicken, but Grace, a food enthusiast with a passion for seasonal and vegetarian meals, has a recipe for veggie buffalo wings that will have meat-eaters and non-meat-eaters alike licking their lips.
"My non-veg. friend actually introduced me to them, raving about the fact that they were better than any of the actually chicken one’s he’d ever had," she writes on her blog. "Ever since my first taste, I’ve been bringing all my friends with me to feel the veggie heat alongside a cold brew. Recently, however, I decided to explore making my own, allowing me get my hands a little saucy without ever stepping out of my own kitchen."
