Center City drivers should seek an alternate route around the area of 15th Street near City Hall Monday, NBC10 reports.
The busy street will be reduced to one lane before being closed for emergency repairs at 9 a.m.
Repairs will be done on 15th Street between South Penn Square and Chestnut Street.
It is unclear how long the road work will take.
