It seems like every Philly neighborhood is having a restaurant week these days. Next up is
East Passyunk Avenue Restaurant Week, which runs Sunday, Feb. 22, through Saturday, Feb. 28, though not all restaurants will participate all week. The special includes three-course prix-fixe meals for $15, $25 or $30.
