With almost the entirety of the Week 17 NFL schedule all but wrapped up, the full draft order isn't yet complete, but we know that the Eagles will select 13th in the 2016 NFL Draft.
Eleven teams finished with a worse record than the Eagles, so obviously, they will pick before them. However, the Eagles tied at 7-9 with several other teams. The tiebreaker in that scenario is that the weakest strength of schedule goes first.
The Eagles' strength of schedule on the 2016 season was 0.508. Among the teams with 7-9 records, only the Saints had a weaker strength of schedule, so they will select 12th, with the Eagles picking directly thereafter.
