Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson headed for the tunnel slowly late into the first half of Sunday's game against the Saints.

Per the team, he is being evaluated for a concussion.

Johnson was seen going into the blue medical tent in the second quarter, and per sideline reporter Pam Oliver on the FOX broadcast, he had been "sick for a while," requiring assistance to get to the tent.
