Former Vice President Joe Biden's advice to President Donald Trump?
"Grow up."
At least, that's what he told an audience at the University of Pennsylvania on Thursday while he was there for the launch of the new Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.

He held a Q-and-A with University of Pennsylvania President Amy Gutmann where the two talked politics, international relations, memes and more, according to the Daily Pennsylvanian, the university's student newspaper.
His rather direct response came after a student asked Biden to give the current president advice.
“Stop tweeting and start focusing,” he later added, according to the DP. “The words of a president matter, they have enormous, enormous, enormous reverberating sounds around the world.”
Biden also knocked Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign, saying that she could have talked to more middle-class voters in hopes of securing the presidency.
"What happened was that this was the first campaign that I can recall where my party did not talk about what it always stood for – and that was how to maintain a burgeoning middle class," Biden said, according to CNN. "You didn't hear a single solitary sentence in the last campaign about that guy working on the assembly line making 60,000 bucks a year and a wife making $32,000 as a hostess in a restaurant."
In addition to leading the center, Biden has also been named the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor at the university. He will be based in Washington D.C. but has an office on the University City campus.
