Surveillance video captured a dramatic rollover crash Thursday morning in Northeast Philadelphia.
Police said a 22-year-old male motorist was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control just before 4 a.m. in the 4100 block of Unruh Ave. in Mayfair, 6ABC reports.
Home surveillance video obtained by Action News shows the burgundy colored Honda Accord rear-ending a car parked on the left side of the street, then rolling and hitting 2 cars parked on the opposite side of the street before coming to rest on its roof.
The driver sustained head, neck and back injuries and was rushed to an area hospital in stable condition, authorities said.
The crash remains under investigation. Unruh Avenue was closed to traffic between Charles and Tackawanna streets.
