Police: Driver jumps curb in attempt to pull out of South Street parking spot, strikes four pedestrians

An attempt to pull out of a parking spot on South Street apparently went wrong when police say the unidentified driver jumped the curb and struck four pedestrians and a Primos Hoagies shop.

According to 6ABC, the incident happened before 1 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Street in Queen Village.

While none of the pedestrians – three men and a woman – were seriously injured, 6ABC said they were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

The city’s Department of Licenses and Inspections also reported to the scene to check the building.

Neither the driver nor the pedestrians have been identified.
