A driver was being tested for DUI early Monday morning after crashing an SUV into a police car on I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia, 6ABC reports.
The incident occurred after 2 a.m. in the southbound lanes in Frankford.
Officials say the officer's vehicle was parked at the scene of an earlier crash when a driver slammed into the patrol car.
The officer, who was not inside the vehicle, was not injured, 6ABC reports.

According to 6ABC, the driver of the SUV was not seriously injured in the crash and was being tested for DUI.
The incident remains under investigation.
