Police are searching for a driver they say crashed his SUV in Kensington and fled, leaving a female passenger trapped, 6ABC reports.
The incident occurred around 3:45 a.m. on the 2600 block of Potter St.
According to police, the driver hit a patch of snow before striking some pole barriers, which caused the SUV to flip onto its side. He then left the scene, authorities said.
The 30-year-old female passenger needed to be cut from the vehicle. She was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The incident remains under investigation.
