Dozens of aircraft soar in for A.C. air show

Blue Angels, Golden Knights to appear

Aircraft lovers of all ages should fly down to the Atlantic City Airshow Wednesday, September 2. Dozens of planes and helicopters are scheduled to soar overhead as beaches full of visitors peer into the sky.

Though the official schedule has yet to be released, as of August 14 those scheduled to join the air show include the U.S. Army Golden Knights, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, U.S. Coast Guard, Raiders Aerobatic Demonstration Team and the GEICO Skytypers. The schedule may change due to weather conditions and aircraft availability.

The show can be viewed from the free Atlantic City beach and boardwalk. Guests are also welcome to view the show from the water, although there will be a guarded "no-boat-zone" preventing boats from getting too close to the beach. VIP and premium tickets which grant holders access to food and other amenities are also available. Tune to WPG Talk Radio 1450 to hear the airshow broadcast.
