A jury found a Delaware County man guilty of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old female relative, prosecutors announced Thursday.
Brian Wade, 44, of Darby, was convicted of assaulting a victim younger than 13 after a trial that started Monday.
According to an affidavit, Darby committed the act in 2007.
Prosecutors said the victim was visiting another relative's house when the assault happened. The victim is the daughter of Wade's nephew, prosecutors said.
Wade faces a minimum of 25 years in prison.
