Federal prosecutors have announced charges against two Delaware County men who they say built up an online collection of child pornography over the course of six years.
Daniel Mattson, 34, of Springfield, and Anthony Lembo, 33, of Newtown Square, were arrested Friday for allegedly distributing, receiving and maintaining thousands of images and videos of children in sexually explicit positions and being sexually abused from 2009 to April 2015.
Lembo also received explicit images of children from other people online, according to authorities.
Mattson has been charged with 16 counts related to child pornography and Lembo has been charged with 20 counts.
If convicted, both face a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years for each count. A formal detention hearing is scheduled for April 20.
