Emergency crews were on the scene of a serious crash in Gloucester Township, Camden County on Friday morning.
Gloucester Township Police say they received several 911 calls reporting a motor vehicle crash on College Drive at approximately 8:10 a.m.
Arriving officers discovered a vehicle rolled over with occupants trapped. The driver and a passenger of the vehicle died at the scene.
The driver of a second vehicle was also trapped, police said.
Fire and rescue units from Blackwood, Chews Landing, Erial, Pine Hill and Lindenwold were able to extricate the driver of the second vehicle. The driver was then taken to Cooper Trauma and remains in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
Police say College Drive will remain closed for an extended period of time.
